Ash was brought up in Bedford and schooled locally. He started working for a large corporate estate agency in 1987 and successfully managed an office for them in Milton Keynes. He subsequently climbed through the management structure becoming an Area Manager covering nine offices.He co-founded home estate agents in January 2010 with Rob and he firmly believes customers deserve a more personal and caring approach to selling their home. He still lives locally and enjoys going to the gym, watching football and travelling in his spare time.

Dmitry has been in the IT industry since the age of 18, first obtaining IT A-Levels at Bedford College then working as a technician for a local IT company. His main skills include VoIP telephony specialising in Cisco, networking, wireless, security and web development. He installed and maintains all of home estate agents computers. He is also a keen photographer, with his work regularly displayed at public exhibitions.
